- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing mentorship and conducting performance reviews
- Drive the development of high-quality software solutions that deliver significant value to customers
- Design, develop, and optimize APIs, ensuring high code quality, security, and scalability
- Participate in technical decision-making processes and contribute to platform architecture
- Drive the transition from a monolithic platform to a microservices architecture, contributing extensively to the implementation of cross-cutting concerns
- Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Participate in scoping exercises, provide high-level estimates, and assess risks to inform the product roadmap
- Drive innovation and encourage the adoption of new technologies, tools, and processes
- Ensure comprehensive documentation and foster knowledge sharing within the team
- Proven experience as a Team Lead
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Flask, Django, aiohttp, Pyramid, Scrapy, Luigi, Pachyderm, Jupyter, NumPy, and Pandas
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
- Solid knowledge of agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Demonstrated experience onboarding new team members and providing mentorship
- Client-focused with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers
- B2-level English proficiency or higher, with experience communicating with English-speaking clients
