What you'll do
- Act as a point of contact for employee benefit-related queries and provide guidance
- Maintaining social package documentation in accordance with local legal rules and internal company processes
- Handle office supplies, vendor services, equipment maintenance, and purchase requisitions
- Maintain accurate records, including budgets and sensitive documents
- Organize different events such meetings, conferences, client visits and etc., managing logistics and materials
- Oversee swag-related activities, including ordering, storage, and distribution
- Support branding initiatives, social media campaigns, and employee engagement efforts
What you bring
- Experience in office manager or a similar field at least six months
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in English (Intermediate+) and Russian (Upper-Intermediate)
- Nice to have: Uzbek language
