We are driving AI transformation across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in a large-scale enterprise environment. This transformation began within a complex enterprise product, where planning, specification, development, testing, and delivery are being redefined through AI-enabled and spec-driven workflows. Today, that product stands at the center of a broader rollout, with the approach already expanding across early-adopter teams and a long-term ambition to scale across 200+ client engagements across the company.

We are looking for an AI Solution Architect to design, roll out, and operationalize AI-first, spec-driven delivery models across the SDLC, including the integration of AI agents, workflows, and supporting tools, as well as the definition of standards, governance, and effectiveness metrics that improve delivery speed, quality, consistency, and business impact.

• Own the AI architecture for the software delivery lifecycle and bring AI agents and SDD into day-to-day work across teams and projects
• Define and roll out AI-first, spec-driven delivery models using BMAD, SpecKit, and similar SDD approaches
• Lead the integration of AI tools, agents, and services across specification, development, review, testing, documentation, and release
• Build rollout plans, operating processes, and tracking mechanisms for adoption, delivery progress, and effectiveness
• Set engineering standards, governance, and metrics that improve speed, quality, consistency, and business impact
• Scale proven AI workflows across teams as repeatable delivery models
• Explore emerging technologies as part of the R&D team and turn them into practical delivery capabilities

• Experience as a Solution Architect, with ownership of technical architecture and system design on commercial projects
• Strong architectural judgment and the ability to make practical trade-offs across scalability, maintainability, and delivery impact
• Experience designing and implementing AI-first workflows across the software delivery lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) in real delivery environments
• Experience rolling out workflows across teams and scaling them beyond a single project
• Experience building rollout plans, adoption roadmaps, tracking mechanisms, and effectiveness metrics
• Fluent Russian for day-to-day communication within the team
