Key Responsibilities
- Work with legal documents as part of the regular workflow
- Utilize internal company systems and external online software to manage day-to-day activities
- Compile reports
- Collaborate closely with department managers, sales managers, and company customers
- Improve customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Conduct background checks for company staff
- Handle billing
- Track and follow up on all aging receivables with reminders and past due notices
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in performing accounts receivable and billing functions
- Full proficiency in written and verbal English and German communication skills
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and manage multiple intricate tasks
- High attention to detail
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Customer-oriented approach with good collaboration skills
- Excellent time and self-management skills
- Experience working in an international environment is highly desirable
