Vention is a New York-headquartered software engineering company. We have worked with 500+ clients, from venture-backed startups to global businesses such as IBM, PayPal, PwC, Brex, and ClassPass. Our 3,000+ engineers work across more than 20 global offices.
We help clients build and modernize products, scale engineering organizations, and transform delivery through AI-enabled and agentic engineering. Many client relationships span 15+ years.
We are hiring a Client Partner to lead and expand a portfolio of high-growth accounts across the East Coast. You will own a $10M portfolio across 10–15 client relationships, building strategic partnerships with founders and CTOs while turning their product and delivery goals into clear account plans.
This is a hands-on account leadership role. You will lead QBRs and executive conversations, identify expansion opportunities, monitor account health and risk, and bring the right delivery and technical experts into the relationship. As Vention scales toward $250M+ in annual revenue, you will help clients grow beyond their original engineering engagements.
