As we scale toward $250M+ in annual revenue, we’re hiring a Client Partner to lead and expand key client relationships across the East Coast. You’ll own a portfolio of high-growth accounts, drive strategic expansion, and partner closely with founders and CTOs to turn ambition into execution.
- Manage a $20M–$30M portfolio of high-growth accounts across 20–30 partners
- Deepen client relationships through consistent, strategic engagement
- Build and execute tailored account plans that drive expansion and client outcomes
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to each client’s product roadmap
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to align services with client goals
- Monitor account performance, satisfaction, and risk – and act early
- Deliver structured reviews (QBRs, strategic syncs) and executive reporting
- Be a trusted advisor to clients on scaling product teams and delivery models
- Leverage internal tools and AI insights to prioritize and automate effectively
- 5+ years in account management, client services, or customer success in software/IT
- Proven experience managing $20M+ portfolios and 20+ concurrent client relationships
- Strong ability to navigate complex stakeholder groups and long-term partnerships
- Track record of expanding accounts through consultative selling
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment
- Skilled in proactive risk management and outcome-based planning
- Deep understanding of software development processes, delivery lifecycles, and team models
Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000. On Target Earnings: $160,000 - $245,000 (base + bonuses)
- OTE: $245K+ (Base: $80-95K + performance bonus)
