Now we’re hiring a Head of Client Partnerships to build and lead the function in the U.S. You’ll define the vision, hire and mentor a high-performing team, and shape how we grow long-term value across key accounts.
What you'll do
- Hire, lead, and inspire an initial team of 6+ client partners across the US
- Define and build a repeatable client portfolio management framework that scales across verticals and client segments
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic clients, acting as a player-coach for your team
- Partner with founders, CTOs, and senior stakeholders to deliver long-term value and impact
- Build and institutionalize account strategies, QBR structures, growth models, and expansion roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, Talent, and Marketing to align on success criteria
- Monitor key account health indicators and surface strategic insights to executive leadership
- Champion client feedback and bring insights into product/service evolution
- Be the cultural and strategic foundation of a team that will shape Vention’s future
What you bring
- 8+ years in account management, client success, or software consulting, including 5+ years in a leadership role within client partnerships
- Experience managing a minimum portfolio of $40M in recurring revenue or a billable headcount of 400+ FTEs
- A proven builder who has created and scaled CP processes, not just inherited them
- Deep expertise in client growth strategy, stakeholder mapping, and value delivery
- Background in software development services, software consulting, or tech delivery
- An excellent communicator, credible with both founders and engineers
- A strong leader with a proven talent for mentoring and developing teams
- Highly data-literate, using KPIs (NRR%, CM%, growth, churn), account health, and market data to drive decisions
- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a strong sense of ownership
- Bonus: Experience in VC-backed startup ecosystems
