What you'll do
- Prepare employment documents for new hires (contracts, orders etc.)
- Scan, copy, and archive HR documents, maintaining accurate and well‑structured records
- Prepare various certificates and letters for employees
- Process and record employee vacations and other leave requests in accordance with internal policies
- Coordinate with the accounting team, ensuring all closing documents are prepared and transferred on time
- Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, both digital and paper‑based
What you bring
- 6+ months of experience in a similar HR administrative or office support role
- Fluent Russian and Uzbek
- Confident user of Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Fast learner with a proactive and responsible attitude
Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of HR administration and personnel record‑keeping
- Experience working with Delta, 1C, or other HR/HRIS or accounting systems
