Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner by supporting managers in shaping team dynamics, employee development, and engagement strategies
- Guide employees through all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, and exit interviews
- Lead and contribute to HR initiatives and projects focused on training, adaptation, and benefits to boost employee satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with managers to proactively identify and resolve team challenges, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Support office events and initiatives that promote company culture and strengthen team cohesion
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, with a focus on employee support and business collaboration
- Solid understanding of the HR function as a strategic business partner
- Strong ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships across teams
- High attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Genuine passion for HR and making a meaningful impact within an organization
- Higher education in personnel management or psychology is a plus
- Proficiency in English (Intermediate+) and Russian (Upper-Intermediate)
