• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance frontend applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, backend, QA) to deliver seamless user experiences
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and security
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

• Deep understanding of Node.js and related technologies (Express, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
• Experience in writing unit and integration tests for Node.js applications
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
• Ability to inspire and motivate the team
• Strong skills in conveying ideas clearly
• Effective task and priority management
• English Proficiency: B2 or higher
• Active involvement in code reviews and knowledge sharing
