- Measure and report on the performance of web traffic activities using Google Analytics, Google search console and assess against goals
- Reviewing and analyzing third parties web platforms to identify opportunities for link building and referral traffic growth
- Design reporting dashboards within Data Studio and Hubspot, following data visualization best practices
- Identify different stages of the buying journey and determine journey bottlenecks to improve conversions
- Conduct deep dive analysis on user behavior (Matomo, Hotjar) and design measurement approaches (i.e., KPIs/benchmarks) for enhancements on site
- Assist with A/B testing design, execution, analysis of results and recommendations; work with cross-functional team and stakeholders to help identify A/B testing and site optimization opportunities
- Assist with formulating actionable recommendations to marketing units through ongoing reporting, story-lined presentations, as well as daily interactions
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices and share this information with the broader company on a regular basis
- Upper-Intermediate English
