• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Model and improve business processes and workflows using BPM techniques
• Write user stories in Gherkin syntax, defining clear acceptance criteria and expected outcomes
• Translate UML diagrams and UI wireframes into user stories to bridge understanding between business and development teams
• Analyze and document UI/UX requirements, ensuring usability and consistency across the product
• Facilitate requirement workshops, discussions, and validation sessions with cross-functional teams
• Create and maintain process maps, flow diagrams, and user journey visualizations
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure implementation accuracy
• Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes and identify opportunities for optimization
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business and UI expectations
• Continuously research industry best practices in business analysis and product interface design

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in enterprise environments
• Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and requirements management
• Expertise in BPMN and UML modeling, with the ability to interpret and produce system diagrams
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience collaborating with design teams
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex technical and UI concepts into clear business terms
• English – Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
• Preferred: experience in financial services, compliance, or risk management
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or SAFe are a strong advantage
