• Develop and enhance our solutions with a focus on delivering high-quality, production-ready code
• Analyze client needs, design technical solutions, plan workstreams, and architect scalable systems
• Own the full development cycle – from business logic implementation to application deployment
• Engage in Agile processes, including sprint demos, Scrum ceremonies, and innovation workshops (Idea Talks)
• Contribute to project estimations, timelines, and technical roadmaps
• Elevate code quality through peer reviews and robust test coverage (unit/integration)
• Drive continuous improvement by integrating cutting-edge technologies into our stack
• Optional leadership: Mentor peers, conduct interviews, or speak at meetups/dev2dev events

• 2+ years of web development experience and advanced JavaScript (ES6+) mastery
• Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and preprocessors (Sass/Less)
• Proven experience with React.js/Angular/Vue.js – plus enthusiasm to learn new frameworks
• Hands-on experience with build tools (Webpack preferred, Gulp/Grunt a plus)
• Agile mindset with Scrum/Kanban experience
• Familiarity with state management (Redux/Flux) or GraphQL/Relay
• B1+ English and experience collaborating with international clients
• A passion for growth and staying ahead of tech trends
