• Design, develop, and deploy high-performance Go solutions with a focus on production-grade quality and reliability
• Own end-to-end development of microservices, from business logic implementation to cloud deployment
• Collaborate cross-functionally in Agile ceremonies, sprint demos, and innovation workshops (Idea Talks)
• Contribute to technical planning including project estimations and architecture decisions
• Elevate code quality through rigorous peer reviews and comprehensive test automation

• Optional leadership: Mentor team members, conduct technical interviews, or represent us at industry events

• 2+ years production experience with Golang and microservices architecture
• Cloud-native expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Polyglot database skills across SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis, Neo4j)
• Distributed systems mastery using gRPC, message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka), and REST APIs
• Agile fluency with Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• B1+ English proficiency with experience in client-facing technical communication
• Continuous learning mindset to stay ahead in cloud-native development trends
