• Analyze requirements and design technical solutions while contributing to system architecture
• Implement new features and optimize existing functionality through refactoring
• Ensure code quality through testing and peer code reviews
• Collaborate directly with international clients when needed
• Optional: Mentor junior developers and share knowledge at tech events
  

• 2+ years of professional JavaScript (ES6+) development experience
• Node.js expertise with at least one backend framework (Express/Nest/Next/etc.)
• REST API and JSON implementation experience
• JWT authentication and security best practices
• Database proficiency (MongoDB and/or SQL)
• B2+ English communication skills
• Nice to have: Front-end experience with full-stack career aspirations
