- 3+ years of hands-on experience in web development
- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Python, and Django
- Strong experience with databases, including SQLAlchemy and PostgreSQL
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and JSON
- Knowledge of security best practices, particularly when working with JSON Web Tokens (JWT)
- Proficient in writing unit tests and producing testable, high-quality code
- Collaborative mindset with a preference for working in agile, team-oriented environments
- Customer-centric approach, with the ability to empathize with user needs and communicate solutions effectively
- Involved in analyzing customer requirements, proposing technical solutions, planning tasks, and shaping overall project architecture
- Experienced in developing new features, refactoring existing code, and redesigning functionalities as needed
- Active participation in writing and maintaining tests and conducting code reviews to ensure consistent code quality
- Strong communication skills, particularly in interacting with English-speaking clients to discuss design solutions when needed
