• Automate testing for web and/or mobile applications using Java, Selenium
• Create new automation frameworks, define their architecture, and write scripts within existing frameworks
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
• Communicate directly with customers in English during demo sessions and project meetings
• Consult on tools and approaches to test automation tailored to each project’s needs

• 2+ year in QA (including at least 1 year real project work)
• Intermediate English level, ready for customer interviews
• Experience with Java, Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, Postman, TestNG/Junit, UI/API/Mobile automation, test design, test documentation
• Solid understanding of Java core (OOP, static, final, == vs .equals(), interfaces, abstract classes)
• Knows Page Object Model, reusable components, custom waits
• Communicates actively, takes feedback, shows initiative Self-driving and proactive
• Participates in planning, cross-team collaboration Understands QA’s role in Agile processes
