• Design end-to-end interfaces for web and mobile products - from concept sketches to pixel-perfect, developer-ready layouts
• Create intuitive, visually engaging experiences that reflect brand identity, balance usability with aesthetics, and strengthen overall product appeal
• Develop and maintain scalable Design Systems and UI Kits, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and seamless collaboration across teams
• Produce supporting visual assets - icons, illustrations, and marketing visuals - maintaining a unified brand look and design precision
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to translate requirements into well-structured, user-centered design solutions
• Apply lightweight UX practices - personas, user flows, and information architecture - to inform and validate design decisions
• Present, test, and refine designs through feedback, analytics, and reviews, ensuring smooth handoff, accessibility, and continuous product improvement

• 2+ years of experience designing web or cross-platform digital products in collaborative product teams
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, variables, tokens) and experience building or contributing to design systems
• Understanding of core UX principles - user flows, information architecture, interaction logic, and usability testing
• Portfolio demonstrating clean, modern visual design and thoughtful problem-solving across multiple projects
• Excellent presentation and communication skills - ability to explain and justify design decisions to both clients and internal teams
• Familiarity with Agile processes and communication tools (Jira, Confluence, Teams)
• English proficiency (B2+), with confidence in discussing design decisions and presenting concepts
• Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and a passion for crafting well-structured, delightful user interfaces
• Bonus: experience with AI-driven products, dashboards, or enterprise platforms
