What you'll do
- Oversee end-to-end client support operations, ensuring timely issue resolution and transparent stakeholder communication
- Lead daily incident review calls, monitor open issues, and coordinate between Production Support and Development teams
- Drive automation initiatives for incident reporting, dashboards, and communication workflows (e.g., in Teams)
- Plan and coordinate core and client environment deployments, ensuring deployment readiness and stakeholder alignment
- Prepare and validate Release Plans, Release Notes, and sign-off documentation
- Lead Go/No-Go meetings, manage approvals, and publish deployment communications
- Facilitate program and project management activities — status tracking, executive reporting, and resource management
- Support Delivery and Operations Leads with reporting (FPR/QBR decks) and progress updates
- Oversee software procurement and license renewals, budget forecasting, and tracking actuals
- Manage cross-team interdependencies, optimize resource utilization, and ensure timely delivery
- Act as a bridge between engineering, L4 support, and product/business stakeholders, driving collaboration and accountability
- Foster team engagement and recognition, promoting effective communication and operational excellence
What you bring
- 7–10 years of experience in IT program management, project delivery, or support operations
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team programs in enterprise environments
- Strong experience with release planning, deployment coordination, and change management
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira for planning and tracking
- Proficiency in project financial management, including budget forecasting and tracking
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of Agile and traditional delivery methodologies
- Experience in incident management, release governance, and resource planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
- PMP or similar certification is a plus, but not required
