We've been building Python solutions since 2011, using frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI, Pyramid, and Tornado to deliver fast, scalable applications. With around 200 engineers on the team, we cover a wide range of use cases — from web platforms to data-driven systems.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the development of high-quality solutions with a focus on clean, production-ready code
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including business logic and backend implementation
- Engage in Scrum ceremonies, demo sessions, and internal knowledge-sharing events such as Idea Talks
- Take part in project estimation and planning to align efforts with team and client goals
- Conduct code reviews and write automated tests to maintain quality and reliability
- Support continuous integration of technologies and best practices across the project
- Optionally, contribute to technical interviews, mentoring, or share knowledge through dev2dev sessions and external meetups
What you bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in web development
- Proficiency in Python, Django
- Experience with databases, including Postgres, SQL. Experience with AWS, RDS (Postgres), S3. Experience with RabbitMQ, Celery
- Proficiency in writing unit tests and producing testable, high-quality code
- A collaborative mindset with a preference for working in agile, team-oriented environments
- A customer-centric approach, with the ability to empathize with user needs and communicate solutions effectively
- Involvement in analyzing customer requirements, proposing technical solutions, planning tasks, and shaping the overall project architecture
- Experience in developing new features, refactoring existing code, and redesigning functionalities as needed
- Active participation in writing and maintaining tests and code reviews to ensure consistent code quality
- Strong communication skills, especially in interacting with English-speaking clients to discuss design solutions when needed
