• Automating web and/or mobile applications testing using programming languages (C#, JavaScript, Java, Python) 
• Creating new frameworks, deciding architecture, and writing scripts for existing frameworks
• Communication with customers in English 
• Participating in demo sessions and project meetings, consulting on the tools and approaches to use for test automation in the projects, and collaborating with the development team
• Mentoring newcomers and sharing experiences with the team

• 3+ years of QA experience, including at least 1 year on real commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of Java, Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, Postman, TestNG/JUnit
• Experience with UI, API, and Mobile automation, as well as test design and documentation
• Solid understanding of Java Core (OOP principles, static/final, == vs .equals(), interfaces, abstract classes)
• Familiarity with Page Object Model, reusable components, and custom waits
• Understanding of QA’s role in Agile processes
• Proactive, self-driven, and open to feedback
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
• Intermediate English, confident enough for customer interviews
