Position Overview

For 20 + years we’ve built engineering teams for high-growth startups –today pairing that expertise with an AI-first approach. 

Now we’re expanding our New York office and hiring a Recruiter at Vention to play a key role in growing our US business team by hiring the talent that drives our success. From Business Development Managers to Account Managers, the people you bring on board will shape our client relationships, expand our market presence, and fuel our next stage of growth. Your impact will be felt company-wide, from sales teams to the C-level.  

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full recruitment cycle for business roles in the US, helping us hire the talent that fuels sales growth and strengthens client relationships
  • Work closely with hiring managers and company leadership to ensure our recruitment efforts align with strategic business goals
  • Use creative sourcing methods to connect with top candidates in a competitive market
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams to deliver a seamless, collaborative hiring experience
  • Leverage data and market insights to improve the speed and quality of our hiring decisions
  • Consistently meet recruitment targets, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and quality of hire.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in sales or tech roles  
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage both candidates and internal teams  
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on delivering great hiring outcomes  
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment with shifting priorities 
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn, and modern sourcing strategies  
Compensation

Base Salary Compensation: $80K–$100K
