We are building an AI platform that accelerates the Software Development Lifecycle by leveraging AI agents, automating routine engineering work, and empowering developers with intelligent tools. - Design and implement AI-driven workflows across the SDLC to accelerate software development
- Develop, deploy, and orchestrate AI agents to automate routine engineering tasks and empower Software Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and QA Engineers
- Work collaboratively with a senior team of engineers to solve deeply complex, non-trivial problems requiring strong engineering judgment and technical excellence
- Improve pull request analysis and code review processes
- Optimize test documentation and testing workflows
- Enhance documentation, support, and operational processes
- Support and improve deployment workflows
- Be part of an R&D team, working at the frontline of research, experimentation, and market-driven innovation - beyond standard product development
- 5+ years of experience in software development (backend or full-stack)
- Strong proficiency in .NET and/or Python, with the ability to bridge classical software engineering practices and modern AI capabilities
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools for building and coordinating AI agents)
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, and other solutions that enhance productivity and code quality)
- Experience embedding AI into coding, testing, documentation, and review workflows to automate and accelerate delivery
- Strong expertise in automation and workflow design
- Fluent Russian language skills for regular, day-to-day communication within the team
