• Ensure service reliability, optimize performance, and manage monitoring systems to maintain system reliability and performance
• Automate repetitive tasks and develop robust CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency
• Respond to incidents promptly and conduct thorough post-mortem reviews as part of incident management
• Manage cloud infrastructure and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices
• Work closely with development and security teams to align on goals and deliverables
• Clearly document processes and provide training to team members when needed

• Have at least four years of experience in DevOps
• Possess strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, with AWS or Azure also being acceptable
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with Docker, Jenkins, Terraform/Terragrunt, CI/CD (CircleCI), and Kubernetes
• Have experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Be familiar with Git
• Show proficiency in Python, Go, Node.js, or Ruby, with strong expertise in Node.js or Ruby compensating for gaps in other areas
• Have a B2 level of English or higher
