• Design, develop and enhance our solutions while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering production-grade, high-quality code
• Analyze customer requirements to design technical solutions, plan development work, and create scalable architecture
• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from business logic implementation to final deployment
• Actively participate in Agile processes including demo sessions, Scrum ceremonies, and innovation workshops (Idea Talks)
• Contribute to project estimation and planning activities to ensure successful delivery
• Maintain code quality standards through peer reviews and comprehensive test coverage
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and integrating new technologies into our stack
• Optional: Share your expertise through mentoring, conducting technical interviews, or speaking at internal/external events

• 4+ years of hands-on web development experience with expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less)
• Extensive experience with modern frameworks (React.js/Angular/Vue.js) and enthusiasm for learning new technologies
• Proficiency with build tools including Webpack (preferred) and Gulp/Grunt
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in practice
• B1+ English proficiency with experience communicating effectively with English-speaking clients
• Continuous learning mindset with passion for staying current with technological advancements

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with state management (Redux/Flux) or GraphQL/Relay
• Backend development experience with Node.js, RDBMS, or MongoDB
