• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Golang microservices for production environments
• Participate in the full development lifecycle from requirements to deployment
• Engage in Agile processes including demos, Scrum, and planning sessions
• Conduct thorough code reviews and implement comprehensive testing
• Continuously integrate new technologies to improve our solutions
• Optionally mentor team members and share knowledge at tech events

• 4+ years of professional Golang and microservices development experience
• Strong expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Proficiency with various databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems (gRPC, RabbitMQ, Kafka, REST)
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• B1+ English level with client communication experience
• Passion for learning and adopting new technologies
