• Work with an existing Golang codebase, extending functionality and implementing new product features with a focus on quality, stability, and maintainability
• Develop and support backend services as part of a product‑oriented system, taking responsibility beyond isolated tasks
• Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
• Participate in technical decision‑making: discussing design approaches, trade‑offs, and implementation details
• Deploy, support, and maintain services in production, proactively sharing progress and risks with the team
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to overall code quality, reliability, and long‑term system health

• 4+ years of professional Golang and microservices development experience
• Strong expertise with React and Node.js
• Working experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Basic exposure to AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, S3
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• B2+ English level with client communication experience
