• Drive the development of our solution set by delivering high-quality, production-ready Java code
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of application and business logic development, from concept to deployment
• Engage actively in Scrum ceremonies, demo sessions, and internal Idea Talks to support cross-functional collaboration
• Perform thorough code reviews and write tests to maintain code quality and system reliability
• Support project estimation, planning, and pre-sales activities with your technical expertise
• (Optional) Contribute to the team and community through mentoring, technical interviews, or knowledge sharing at internal and external dev2dev and meetup events

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Java development
• Familiarity with AWS and AWS Lambda, along with experience building event-driven systems using Kafka
• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design and Event-Driven Design principles, with experience building REST APIs
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with experience in communicating with international clients
• A growth mindset and motivation to stay current with evolving trends in software development
