• Perform functional and non-functional testing for both web and mobile platforms, covering UI, API/web services, and database-level validation
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation: test plans, strategies, checklists, test cases, and use cases
• Lead quality-related communication with customers and internal teams: participate in demos, planning sessions, and consult on test tools and approaches
• Analyze project requirements and UX/UI designs to detect inconsistencies and design flaws
• Collaborate with the test automation team by preparing high-quality manual tests for automation (Gherkin, Selenium)
• Mentor junior QA engineers and actively share knowledge within the team and QA community
• Contribute to test effort estimation and support continuous improvement of QA processes

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in testing web and/or mobile applications
• Solid understanding of the full spectrum of test documentation and QA methodologies
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Proven understanding of client-server architectures and web application design
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in estimating QA effort
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher, with confidence in customer communication
• A proactive mindset, passion for quality, and readiness to support others through mentorship
