• Ensure service reliability, optimize performance, and manage monitoring systems to maintain system reliability and performance
• Automate repetitive tasks and develop robust CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency
• Respond to incidents promptly and conduct thorough post-mortem reviews to enhance incident management
• Manage cloud infrastructure and apply best practices for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Work closely with development and security teams to align goals and deliverables effectively
• Document processes in a clear and structured manner while providing training to team members when needed

• At least 6 years of experience in relevant roles
• B2 level of English or higher, with experience in communicating with English-speaking customers
• Cloud expertise, with Google Cloud Platform (preferred), though AWS or Azure are also acceptable
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Node.js, or Ruby, with strong expertise in Node.js or Ruby compensating for gaps in other areas
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (mandatory)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, including CircleCI (preferred), Jenkins, or GitLab CI
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog (preferred), Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, or Splunk
• Proficiency in version control using Git
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases
