Project description

After a series of successful, high-ROI pilots with leading property management companies like Greystar and Goldfarb, EliseAI was looking to further enhance their platform.

Referred by a former Vention client, EliseAI tapped three of our engineers to take on a range of web development projects. We started by optimizing database performance, which reduced run costs and increased organizational efficiency. Next, we implemented Amazon Cognito and Spring Security to boost the company’s cyber resilience across the entire value chain.

To enhance the overall user experience and enable 24/7 lead nurturing, our experts integrated multiple property management platforms and developed AI-powered automatic replies, automating 90% of the workload.

Additionally, our QA squad set up a brand-new testing framework that allowed for timely bug fixing and better code quality.

The result

Thanks to our deliverables, EliseAI can now naturally respond and answer questions 24/7, boosting conversions by 125% and freeing up 90% of leasing teams’ time to focus on more complex tasks.

In 2024, EliseAI raised $75M in Series D funding, elevating their valuation to over $1B and earning them unicorn status in New York City.
