Now we’re expanding our presence in Germany and the broader DACH region and hiring a Business Development Manager to grow revenue and forge new partnerships. You’ll contribute to our next-stage growth – taking us past $250M in ARR. Bring your drive – and help turn great ideas into real, working products.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business by sourcing and closing high-potential clients through proactive outreach and ecosystem networking
- Lead discovery calls and position Vention as a partner that accelerates product delivery and team growth
- Collaborate with Delivery, Legal, and Talent teams to craft compelling, client-specific proposals
- Leverage tools like Clay, n8n, and Apollo to automate outreach and boost efficiency
- Support seamless handoff and long-term success by nurturing new accounts post-close
What You Bring
- 4–6+ years in business development, tech sales, or talent services, with a strong track record of closing €1M+ annually
- Strategic, full-cycle sales mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
- Passion for product development, engineering teams, and startup growth
- Excellent communication skills to engage senior technical decision-makers
- Business-level fluency in English and German, plus interest in using AI tools to improve workflow
