Vention is looking for a Internal Communication and Employee Experience Specialist.
Expected start date: 01.06.2026
The team is responsible for managing employee benefits in Vention, as well as coordinating all corporate events and employee engagement initiatives company-wide. It also oversees corporate merchandise to ensure a high-quality employee experience. You’ll be part of a friendly, highly collaborative, and engaged team with a great atmosphere. The team operates in an international environment, working closely with colleagues across different countries, offering strong exposure to a multicultural and global organization.
What you'll do
- Coordinate employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives, including communication with external providers
- Support and co-create internal events, team activities, and engagement initiatives
- Manage corporate merchandise processes (ordering, tracking, distribution)
- Act as a go-to contact for employees regarding benefits, events, and workplace-related topics
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Support budget tracking, invoices, and basic financial documentation related to employee initiatives
- Prepare and share clear internal communication about benefits, programs, and activities
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve employee experience and suggest new ideas
- Take ownership of selected initiatives and drive them end-to-end
What you bring
- 1+ year of experience in office management, HR administration, events, or people operations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Creativity and curiosity—you're always thinking how things could work better
- A people-oriented attitude and positive energy
- Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
- Comfortable working with confidential information
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience supporting events, employee initiatives, or similar activities
- Language level: English - B1, Polish - B1, Russian or Ukrainian language - C1
Nice to have
- Experience working with benefits providers
- Event management experience
- Experience managing merchandise or similar operational processes
- Basic experience with budgets, invoices, or financial documentation
