Key Responsibilities
- Working with databases of active and passive candidates
- Implementing effective talent sourcing and acquisition methods (best practices sourcing)
- Conducting preliminary phone interviews for initial candidate fit assessment
- Conducting interviews with a focus on evaluating key competencies
- Utilize internal Talent Acquisition (TA) software on a daily basis
Qualifications
- Basic understanding or knowledge of the HR/Recruitment field
- Basic comprehension of the IT industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and proactive approach to tasks
- Proficiency in English (Intermediate level or higher)
