What you'll do
- Develop and enhance our solutions with a focus on delivering high-quality, production-ready code
- Analyze client needs, design technical solutions, plan workstreams, and architect scalable systems
- Own the full development cycle – from business logic implementation to application deployment
- Engage in Agile processes, including sprint demos, Scrum ceremonies, and innovation workshops (Idea Talks)
- Contribute to project estimations, timelines, and technical roadmaps
- Elevate code quality through peer reviews and robust test coverage (unit/integration)
- Drive continuous improvement by integrating cutting-edge technologies into our stack
- Optional leadership: Mentor peers, conduct interviews, or speak at meetups/dev2dev events
What you bring
- At least 1 year of practical experience with web development
- Excellent knowledge of TypeScript
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS
- Hands-on experience with Angular
- Openness to learning back-end development, particularly with .NET; prior experience with .NET is a strong advantage
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- B1 level of English or higher, with experience communicating with English-speaking customers
- Strong desire to improve skills and stay up to date with the latest technological advances
