• Active involvement at all stages of project development, including pre-sales activities
• Facilitating effective communication between customers and project team members throughout the project life cycle
• Analyze and document project requirements, manage changing requirements in software development
• Hands-on creation of  prototypes and mockups

• At least 2 years of practical experience as a Business Analyst in the IT sector
• A strong passion to excel and grow in a business analyst career track
• B2 level of English or higher, and experience in communicating with English-speaking customers
• Experience with product documentation, including requirements, specifications, and mockups
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to comprehend and persuade
