• Actively contribute at every stage of the project lifecycle, including participation in pre-sales activities
• Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams to align expectations and deliverables
• Analyze and document project requirements while managing changes throughout the software development process
• Create detailed prototypes and mockups to support functional understanding and project planning

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a hybrid PM/BA role in software development
• Proven experience working on products in one or more of the following domains: Fintech (e.g. digital wallets, payments, lending); Mobile applications (iOS/Android); AI/ML-enabled platforms (recommendation engines, NLP/chatbots, automation)
• Solid track record of supporting end-to-end product development: discovery → delivery → support
• Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, flows, and acceptance criteria validation
• Familiarity with data-driven products: basic understanding of how analytics, data pipelines, and models fit into the product architecture
• Comfortable working with APIs, data schemas, or basic technical specifications
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments
• Proficiency with: Jira / Confluence; Figma, Miro, or similar tools for visual collaboration and wireframing; Notion, Slack, G-Suite
• Able to coordinate small-to-medium initiatives, manage timelines, and track deliverables
• Experience with sprint planning, backlog grooming, status tracking, and issue resolution
• Comfortable facilitating Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, retros, demos
• Focus on removing blockers and keeping delivery on track without heavy formal processes
• С1 level of English, and experience in communicating with English-speaking customers
