• Contribute to the development of high-quality solutions with a focus on clean, production-ready code
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including business logic and backend implementation
• Engage in Scrum ceremonies, demo sessions, and internal knowledge-sharing events such as Idea Talks
• Take part in project estimation and planning to align efforts with team and client goals
• Conduct code reviews and write automated tests to maintain quality and reliability
• Support continuous integration of technologies and best practices across the project
• Optionally, contribute to technical interviews, mentoring, or share knowledge through dev2dev sessions and external meetups

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in web development
• Practical experience with Python frameworks and tools such as Flask, Django, aiohttp, Pyramid, Scrapy, Luigi, Pachyderm, Jupyter, NumPy, and Pandas
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher, with experience communicating with English-speaking clients
• A proactive mindset and a strong interest in staying current with the latest trends in Python development
