At Vention, we are driving AI transformation across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in large-scale enterprise environments. At the center of this work is AI Forge, our AI-native SDLC platform. It combines an application that makes delivery progress and outcomes visible with the Vention SDLC Skill Pack: a ready-to-use framework of AI agents, spec-driven workflows, and integrations with issue trackers, Git, Figma, test management, and AI coding tools.
This transformation began within a complex enterprise product, where planning, specification, development, testing, and delivery are being redefined through AI-enabled and spec-driven workflows. Today, that product stands at the center of a broader rollout, with the approach already expanding across early-adopter teams and a long-term ambition to scale across 200+ client engagements across the company.
We are looking for a Senior AI Solution Engineer to turn this approach into working delivery practices across teams and projects. You will research and evaluate new technologies, propose and test solutions, integrate them into real workflows, and track their adoption and effectiveness. You’ll join a senior R&D team where experimentation and broad ownership are part of day-to-day work.

- Research, compare, and recommend AI tools, agents, services, and SDD approaches such as BMAD and SpecKit
- Build, configure, test, and integrate AI-enabled workflows across the software delivery toolchain
- Run pilots on real projects, gather feedback, resolve gaps, and improve solutions before wider rollout
- Support team adoption through onboarding plans, operating processes, documentation, and practical guidance
- Track adoption and effectiveness using delivery data, including cycle time and rework, and refine workflows based on results
- Turn proven approaches and emerging technologies into reusable delivery capabilities with R&D and project teams
- Senior-level software engineering experience on commercial projects
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end SDLC and the relationships between its stages
- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI agents and AI-enabled developer workflows
- Practical experience with Spec-Driven Development in real delivery environments; BMAD, SpecKit, or similar frameworks are a plus
- Experience integrating Git, issue trackers, AI coding tools, design, or test management systems
- Ability to evaluate new technologies, make practical trade-offs, run pilots, and turn successful experiments into repeatable practices across teams
- Fluent Russian for day-to-day communication within the team
- Competitive compensation package based on experience, skills, and market standards
- EDU corporate community (300+ members): tech communities, interest clubs, events, a small R&D lab, a knowledge base, and a dedicated AI track
