• Drive the development of our solution set by delivering high-quality, production-ready Java code
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of application and business logic development, from concept to deployment
• Engage actively in Scrum ceremonies, demo sessions, and internal Idea Talks to support cross-functional collaboration
• Perform thorough code reviews and write tests to maintain code quality and system reliability
• Support project estimation, planning, and pre-sales activities with your technical expertise
• (Optional) Contribute to the team and community through mentoring, technical interviews, or knowledge sharing at internal and external dev2dev and meetup events

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Java development
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design, Kafka, and REST APIs
• Kotlin will be considered a plus
• Readiness to dive into and work within a legacy enterprise codebase
• Experience on large-scale projects is a plus
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher with experience communicating with international clients
• Growth mindset and motivation to stay current with evolving software development trends
