What you'll do
- Drive the development of our solution set by delivering high-quality, production-ready Java code
- Contribute to the full lifecycle of application and business logic development, from concept to deployment
- Engage actively in Scrum ceremonies, demo sessions, and internal Idea Talks to support cross-functional collaboration
- Perform thorough code reviews and write tests to maintain code quality and system reliability
- Support project estimation, planning, and pre-sales activities with your technical expertise
- (Optional) Contribute to the team and community through mentoring, technical interviews, or knowledge sharing at internal and external dev2dev and meetup events
What you bring
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development
- Experience with AWS, AWS Lambda
- Familiarity with Kafka, RestApi, Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Design
- Understanding of microservices architecture and clean code principles
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with experience in communicating with international clients
- A growth mindset and motivation to stay current with evolving trends in Java development
