• Define and communicate product strategy aligned with company goals, using market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
• Oversee the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—managing roadmaps, backlogs, and agile processes
• Serve as the primary contact for product delivery team and stakeholders, providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and driving ongoing product enhancements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on software development
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing software development projects
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes
• Familiarity with tools such as ADO, Miro, or similar project management software
