• Develop reliable, scalable solutions with a focus on delivering high-quality, production-ready code
• Take part in the full software development lifecycle, including application logic, architecture, and feature implementation
• Engage in team activities such as Scrum ceremonies, demo sessions, and Idea Talks
• Contribute to project estimation, technical planning, and roadmap discussions
• Conduct code reviews and write comprehensive test coverage to ensure maintainable and robust code
• Support the continuous integration of new technologies and engineering best practices
• Optionally, participate in technical interviews, mentor team members, and contribute to dev2dev sessions or external meetups

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in web development
• Proficiency in Python frameworks and tools such as Flask, Django, aiohttp, Pyramid, Scrapy, Luigi, Pachyderm, Jupyter, NumPy, and Pandas
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher, with experience in client-facing communication
• A growth mindset and commitment to staying up to date with emerging technologies and trends in Python development
