Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy to increase brand awareness, generate demand, and support hiring initiatives
- Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter) and Threads, Instagram, Reels and TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring content is engaging, high-quality, and platform specific
- Lead both organic social media campaigns and support paid, including retargeting and LinkedIn Ads
Content Creation & Community Engagement
- Write, curate, and schedule fun, engaging, and informative posts on company achievements, industry trends, case studies, partnerships, and culture
- Get in front of the camera to host Q&As, company culture videos, behind-the-scenes clips, and event coverage
- Partner with the PR and content teams to amplify thought leadership pieces, media placements, and event promotions
- Engage with our audience—responding to comments, jumping into relevant conversations, and building relationships with customers, industry leaders, and tech influencers
Employee & Executive Social Advocacy
- Be a social media advocate within the company, helping employees and executives feel confident in sharing content and building their online presence
- Develop easy-to-share content for leadership and hiring managers to boost employer branding and corporate messaging
- Lead internal trainings and best practices on personal branding, LinkedIn strategy, and thought leadership
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance
- Stay on top of social trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to refine our approach.
Conduct A/B testing on content, CTAs, and ad creatives to improve results
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or custom software development
- A fun, upbeat, and confident personality—comfortable working both behind and in front of the camera
- A natural storyteller who can turn complex topics into engaging social content
- Proven ability to manage both organic and paid social media campaigns
- Strong writing skills with a knack for making technical topics engaging and digestible
- Experience working with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with PR, content, design, and talent acquisition teams
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for tech, innovation, and digital trends
