• Handle user requests and incidents in the internal help desk system
• Provide first-line IT support for employees in the Łódź office
• Prepare laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals and other IT equipment for new joiners
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes from the IT side
• Set up and troubleshoot Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, VPN, printers and basic office network issues
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and asset records
• Manage equipment handover, return, replacement and stock updates
• Support simple second-line tasks under guidance, depending on knowledge and experience
• Keep internal documentation and ticket updates clear and up to date

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Proven experience in first-line user support, including troubleshooting common hardware and software issues
• Hands-on knowledge of office IT operations, such as network setup, printer maintenance, and system administration
• Experience with equipment preparation and deployment, including imaging, configuration, and setup for new users
• Strong asset tracking and inventory management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records of IT equipment
• Ability to handle second-line support tasks as needed, depending on experience and workload, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
