Key Responsibilities
- Visa support for general staff of the company (Embassy appointments, invitation letters, supporting documents and any other visa related issues)
- Visa support for foreign guests
- All kinds of travel arrangements for company employees and guests (flights, hotels, apartments, travel insurance, local transfer, city and sightseeing tours)
- Administering and monitoring travel budget and ensuring travel expenses are within budget
- Verification of employees’ travel expenses, reporting
- Billing
- Business correspondence
Qualifications
- 1 year of work experience as a travel manager
- Upper-Intermediate+ level of English
- Ability to work with large amounts of information
- High attention to detail
- Strong MS Office skills
