Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
  • Minimum of 3 years in a related role
  • Proven track record in cold sales, with a strong ability to participate effectively in tenders
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and engaging potential leads through LinkedIn
  • Solid understanding of the IT sector, with preference given to candidates possessing direct sales experience within the technology field
  • English language skills at a B1 level or higher
  • Highly proactive, with the ability to self-motivate and drive towards achieving sales targets
