- Drive technical decision-making, maintain code quality, and enforce best practices in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 5/6/7/8)

- Manage budget planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization for the team
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including interviewing and selecting top .NET talent
- Promote Agile/Scrum methodologies and foster continuous improvement in development processes
- Ensure smooth project delivery by balancing innovation, technical debt, and deadlines
Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, Entity Framework)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern architectures (microservices, containers)
- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and monitoring tools
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor is a plus
Leadership & Management
- 1+ years of experience in people management, leading teams of 5 or more engineers
- Proven ability to hire, mentor, and retain top technical talent
- Experience in budget planning, forecasting, and resource management
- Strong interviewing and technical assessment skills
- Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities
