Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates in the software engineering field
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Engage with potential candidates
- Conduct basic candidate assessments
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters
- Utilize internal Talent Acquisition (TA) software on a daily basis
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in humanities with a strong interest in HR/Recruitment
- Basic understanding or knowledge of the HR/Recruitment field
- Basic comprehension of the IT industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
- Creative and proactive approach to tasks
- Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn and explore new things
- Proficiency in English (Intermediate level or higher)
