• Lead and manage a team of developers, providing mentorship and conducting performance reviews
• Drive the development of high-quality software solutions that deliver significant value to customers
• Design, develop, and optimize APIs, ensuring high code quality, security, and scalability
• Participate in technical decision-making processes and contribute to platform architecture
• Drive the transition from a monolithic platform to a microservices architecture, contributing extensively to cross-cutting concerns implementation
• Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Participate in scoping exercises, provide high-level estimates, and assess risks to inform the product roadmap
• Drive innovation and encourage the adoption of new technologies, tools, and processes
• Ensure comprehensive documentation and foster knowledge sharing within the team

• At least 5 years of practical experience with Node.js and JS frameworks: Express.js, Koa.js, Sails.js, Hapi.js, Nest.js, Next.js, Meteor.js, or similar
• Understanding of how REST API and JSON work
• Familiar with authorization and security (JSON Web Tokens (JWT))
• Strong database skills (MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL) 
• Knowledge and understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience onboarding new team members and providing mentorship
• Client-focused with strong communication skills for effective collaboration with customers
• B2-level English or higher, with experience communicating with English-speaking clients
