- Work closely with project team members to carry out software quality assurance tasks
- Create comprehensive test cases and test plans from business requirements and functional specifications documents for product features of moderate complexity
- Execute manual functional, integration, regression, and performance tests
- Provide leadership in testing by identifying opportunities for improvement in the Scrum team’s QA processes and methodology
- Adhere to a testing schedule to ensure efficient and effective product delivery
- Guide and mentor junior staff in proper manual testing processes and best practices
- At least 2 years of experience as a Manual QA or a similar role
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies
- Hands-on experience with creating and executing detailed manual test cases and documenting test results
- Experience with defect tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar
- Knowledge of various testing types (functional, integration, regression, performance)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams
- Basic understanding of SQL for database validation
- Ability to analyze requirements and create comprehensive test documentation (test plans, test cases, checklists)
- English proficiency (B1 or higher)
