Key Responsibilities
- Writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures for different OLTP workloads
- Creating data access interfaces (mostly complex views) for BI Tools in OLAP solution
- Participating in databases design for new modules and services of cloud platform
- Conducting code reviews
- Participating in demo activities with customer's business team
Qualifications
- Good SQL knowledge with one of the widely-used RDBMS - MS SQL Server, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL - with proven production experience of 3+ years
- Understanding of relational theory and principles of database design
- Experience in creating reports using SQL
- B2 level or higher in English
Nice to have:
- Experience with administering one of the widely-used RDBMS (MS SQL Server, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL): backups, recovery, security, performance tuning
- Experience with "infrastructure as code" solutions, like Ansible and others
- Experience with cloud environments, such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure Cloud
- Experience with any BI Tools like Power BI, Tableau, and others
- Knowledge of Python
